New birth certificate and HAIR!

Today we received an email attachment of Macy's new birth certificate. We are listed as her parents, and her new legal name is "Bereket Jason Humphrey". Ha! That's how they do it until we get her home and legally change her name to "Macy Bereket Humphrey". But what I was SO tickled about is that attached to the certificate is a picture they just took - and my girl HAS HAIR! While at the orphanage they had been shaving her head, but it looks like now that she's at the WACAP House they may be letting it grow. I think she looks so precious! Of course, she has the typical "Macy Scowl" on her face, which is not surprising at all. Every picture we have of her she has the same expression. It's just gonna make that first smiling picture that more special! Anyway, just wanted to share!
